Hi all. Even though it was freezing out we still managed to unload 300 discs in about an hour and 20 minutes. Many thanks to all those who came out.

Highlights
- When we first arrived, some guy walked up and handed me 10 blank DVDs and $10 as a donation. He knew we were coming.  I’m adding the $10 to the donation that I’m giving to the Firefighters on the 16th
- I had a good conversation with Bill Welychka while he had a smoke. He had taken a disc from me 2 months ago and we talked about it. He was surprised more people didn’t know about it. Imagine that
- Sandra Blaikie (the main anchor) ran from us for the 3rd straight month refusing to take a disc.  Sorry I called you Suzie, Sandra.
- We had a politician from the Canadian Action Party joined us
- We have a new member. A former pilot with a warehouse full of valueable information. This guy rocks!
- A journalist from Carleton University also knew we’d be there and was waiting for us. She was there for over an hour taking interviews from everyone! If I counted it right, some of her sources included ‘a pilot’ ‘a politician’ ‘a member of the Jewish Orthodox community’ ‘myself, I made sure to bring up some smoking guns’ ’2 other journalists from different publications in Ottawa’ and a few others. She’s got a lot of info to put into her report and I’m hoping I get an MP3 of the raw audio. I know a few of our members could turn that into gold on YouTube

Liz made it out again which was great. With the slick packaging, these discs went pretty quickly

This is an absolutely awesome poster

The guy in the black coat joined us this month. He’s a pilot!

Adam made it with his sign. I like it that Adam tackles the traffic. There are two fronts in the A-Channel location

Leon joined us. We met him through the SPP stuff we are currently helping out with.

Mike St-Onge from the Canadian Action Party. We have polititians now!

Not everyone stayed around long enough for this shot. It was so cold I didn’t blame them. In total, we had about 18 people come out. I also screwed up in an e-mail and posted the wrong address. As a result, I had an activist on the wrong side of town looking for us while we shivered in front of A-Channel. My sincerest apologies to this person and in the future, I’ll be making sure I include a googlemap link. I feel pretty terrible about that

That’s it. Until next month. Keep up the fight. We’ve won the hearts. Now let’s win the minds.
