Great turnout this month!

We went from ‘A Channel’ to the Rideau Center overpass all in 2 hours. We had two interactions with CTV reporters. One went to her assignment editor with our information and movie. She never came back. The other guy mocked us as he walked past saying “We don’t cover that stuff. It’s on the Internet.” in a pretty smarmy tone. No worries. We covered that!

Matthew donated all the discs for this month, as well as provided 300 more for February’s action. Big thank you to Matthew. Follow his lead and set us up for the summer. We need more blank DVDs and photocopies

I love this one because there are so many people, I am cut out of the picture! That’s progress!

Our article got published in the PEN! Most of the photos you see here are courtesy of Dianne Murray CKCU- FM. She’s been a great help in capturing what it is we’re trying to do. Thank you Dianne

We didn’t have as many turn out this month as last month, but we gained three new activists and still unloaded all of our discs within an hour. It seems it doesn’t matter how many movies we bring, they all are gone in 1 hour

Next up, the Valentine’s Truthaction and this time, we’re doing 300. It’s also a compilation DVD created by some of the local activists here in town. It looks fantastic and I can’t wait to distribute them
